The Ops-Core Mounted Package provides a complete solution with everything you need to interface with a standard ground combat vehicle intercom system(ICS).
These packages come in two configurations: this system can be mounted onto a FAST helmet with an ARC Rail via the AMP Rail Arm attachment. This setup alleviates the need for two separate helmets and/or comms systems to be used when executing mounted and dismounted mission sets.
The connectorized AMP headset allows for easily switching cabling between body worn PTT/Radios and a vehicle ICS via a 3-way AP107 cable that interfaces with the vehicle bailout cable, while the dual hearing protection with NFMI earplugs provides 34 dB of noise reduction for high noise environments while preserving 3D hear-through and clarity of communications, passing them directly through to the ear.
When dismounting, the connectorized AMP headset can be quickly switched to a body worn PTT/radio setup and the NFMI earplugs removed for comfort/convenience as desired, providing a scalable solution depending on the mission set.
