The Gentex Joint Service Aircrew Mask (JSAM) Conversational Communications Unit (CCU) enables clear communication from pilot to rigger when the pilot is rigged into a JSAM chem/bio ensemble.
Unit housing parts are made of high-impact, high-temperature mineral filled nylon and include a carabiner, which easily attaches the CCU to the outer garment.
